A small team that turned a decade of frontline sales experience — across high-ticket, online, event, and door-to-door — into a recruiting practice for people who want the same outcome.

Community Marketing is a group of marketing companies that partnered together to give everyone more resources as one community.
The goal is simple: help people develop real skills through sales jobs, make a lot of money, build passive income, and then help them buy businesses of their own.
The results speak for themselves. This year alone, 10 people in the community made over $1 million. Most first-year salesmen make $30–$50k in one of our different industries — and that is just the starting line.
Community Marketing grew out of YNR Group, founded by Michael Lanctot. Michael dissolved YNR to build Community Marketing — pooling the strengths of multiple partner companies so every person who joins gets more resources, more mentorship, and more paths to ownership than any single agency could offer alone.
"One community, more resources. We help people build skills, make real money, and end up owning businesses of their own."
Skills. Income. Ownership.
Community Marketing exists to move people up a ladder: develop marketable sales skills, earn serious commissions, build passive income, and ultimately own a business of your own.

Most first-year salesmen make $30–$50k in one of our industries — pest control, fiber, solar, generators, insurance, and high-ticket. The ones who commit go further: this year, 10 people in the community crossed $1 million.
Because we are a community of partnered companies rather than a single agency, you get more shots on goal — more industries, more mentors, and more resources pointed at the same outcome: turning a sales rep into a business owner.

Skills. Income. Wealth.
Every placement is also a curriculum. Three compounding outcomes for every operator who works the program.
- 01 · Skills
Skills development.
We help you build the essentials: sales management, recruiting, communication, time management, focus, dedication. The marketable kind — the skills that open doors well beyond this job.
- 02 · Income
Active income generation.
Build a large active income utilizing high-value skills across the multiple industries we operate in. The first six figures is a question of program fit and reps, not luck.
- 03 · Wealth
Passive income creation.
We help operators turn earnings into passive income — real estate, franchises, and Turo-style car rentals. The plan after the first big season is part of the plan.
